Tony Elischer, MD at THINK, said: “When Simon announced he was leaving NCH, every consultancy had an eye on him. We are delighted he has chosen to join THINK.

“We are careful about how we grow our team: we need people who combine heavyweight thinking with hands-on experience and a non-formulaic approach to problem-solving for clients. Simon fits the bill perfectly. As our work continues to develop on the international front, Simon’s fluency in French and Spanish may come in handy too.”
