Speed dating comes to fundraising

The Institute of Fundraising North West group are holding a “Speed Networking” supper later this month.
Speed dating, where you spend just minutes talking in turn with a range of potential dates all looking for a partner, is now being applied to the fundraiser sector at an unusual event to be held by the Institute of Fundraising North West.
Their Speed Networking Supper is designed to help members of the regional group get to meet other members and make useful professional contacts. Romance is not expected to blossom, but the organisers hope their members will build up a whole range of useful contacts in their fundraising work.

The event will take place on 23 September 2004 at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel, Accrington, starting at 6.30pm.
Institute members pay £15 and non-members £20.
