Moss Pharmacy donates its used computers to Leonard Cheshire

Moss Pharmacy is donating over 150 used computers to support disability charity Leonard Cheshire’s Workability Scheme, currently serving over 3,700 disabled
people across the UK.
Founded in 1998, Workability aims to help disabled people overcome obstacles

to employment and training by providing them with the skills and support needed to find jobs. A key component of the scheme is to provide participants with Internet-linked IT equipment, training in its use and support in seeking employment. The computers from Moss Pharmacy will be refurbished and adapted to meet the needs of disabled participants on the Workability Scheme.
Moss Pharmacy already supports Leonard Cheshire which is one of ten charities benefiting from its ‘Pennies from Heaven’ Give As You Earn employee scheme. Leonard Cheshire was selected to receive the used computers as IT training for disabled people is a very important part of what the
charity provides towards helping individuals gain employment skills. Moss Pharmacy will continue to donate computers to Leonard Cheshire over the next two years as the retailer undergoes a major IT investment programme.
