Advert > New training course on publishing an e-mail newsletter
UK Fundraising’s Howard Lake has announced a new training course that explains how to set up and run an e-mail newsletter for donors and supporters.
The new course runs for half a day and offers practical advice on how to go about setting up and then making a success of an e-mail newsletter.
More and more charities have spotted the value of communicating regularly with supporters using e-mail, but the practicalities can be daunting. In the half-day course Howard Lake will set out the different publishing options available, and then cover the practicalities of running an e-mail newsletter.

Howard will also share his experience of running e-mail newsletters and e-mail discussion forums and cover other related issues such as HTML v plain text, accessibility, and legal considerations.
The course will be run at public venues later this year, but can also be run in-house. If your fundraisers need to get to grips with setting up or improving an e-mail newsletter, contact Howard Lake about the training course.
