Three new appointments at VSO

International development charity VSO has made three new appointments in its
fundraising department.

Lucy Caldicott becomes Head of Fundraising and Partnership Development, Joel Voysey joins as Head of Individual Partnership
Development and Mike Stamp joins as Key Supporter Executive.

Lucy joined VSO in November 2003 to cover maternity leave and will be taking up her new role as Head of Fundraising Partnership Development on 1 July 2004. She has responsibility for leading the team to deliver a 50% increase in voluntary income by the end of March 2006. With a career split between the corporate and voluntary sectors, Lucy took a year out to study for a Masters in Development Studies at SOAS before joining VSO. She previously worked at American Express, The Prince’s Trust, MoneyGram International and Jewish Care.

Joel joins VSO having spent 3 years previously as Amnesty International UK’s
Supporter Recruitment Manager.

In a new role for VSO, Mike Stamp will work with VSO’s key supporters in a development capacity. Mike previously worked at fundraising consultants, Compton International.
