National Asthma Campaign rebrands

The National Asthma Campaign has become Asthma UK.
The new name and rebranding were launched on 4 May 2004, World Asthma Day.
Donna Covey, Asthma UK’s Chief Executive, said: “We believe ‘Asthma UK’ clearly communicates that we are the country’s dedicated charity for people with asthma. It demonstrates that asthma is our expertise and will make our services – such as our adviceline, staffed by asthma nurse specialists – easier to find.”
