Estates Gazette publishes rich list

The Estates Gazette has published its first list of the wealthiest people in the property industry.
This week’s Estates Gazette features its first property rich list. The 30-page feature is based on data collated by the people behind the Sunday Times Rich List.
The list features the 200 wealthiest active commercial property owners and developers. You can view the top 200 by age, region, and, should you need to know, by start sign. The article includes a table of the richest women.

The list appears in the 11 October 2003 issue of Estates Gazette, but you wouldn’t know from the cover. The magazine costs £3.10 at newsagents such as WH Smith. You can also order a copy online.
