The date of the publication of the next edition of the NCVO’s UK Voluntary Sector Almanac was announced at this week’s 9th NCVO Research Conference.

NCVO’s UK Voluntary Sector Almanac, which is published every two years, will be launched with a new look and accompanying Web site at NCVO’s Annual Conference in London on 18 February 2004. NCVO says that “the UK Voluntary Sector Almanac is the only publication to attempt to give a complete and accurate picture of the sector’s human and financial resources based on the
financial accounts of small, medium and large voluntary organisations.”

For the first time, the Almanac which includes data on income, expenditure,
assets, workforce and contribution to GDP, will have an accompanying Web site which will also be launched in February 2004.
