Face the Facts covers Scottish charity scandal

Howard Lake | 31 July 2003 | News

In today’s ‘Face the Facts’ on BBC Radio 4 at 12.30 John Waite investigates “the man behind a fundraising company which pocketed millions of pounds donated to a Scottish cancer charity.”

Of £13 million raised, only £1.5 million was given to good causes. UK Fundraising featured the story of Tony Freeman and Solutions RMC at the end of May 2003. “Why was he was allowed to get away with it for so long?” asks reporter John Waite.

If you miss the broadcast it will be repeated on Sunday 3 August 2003 at 21.00 on BBC Radio 4.
