Arthritis Care tests information-based approach to regular giving

Arthritis Care is launching a direct mail campaign to convert 180,000 prospects into regular giving.

The campaign, developed by TDA, will test new approaches offering Arthritis Care’s award-winning magazine Arthritis News in return for a regular monthly donation.

“Research to prospects and enquirers shows that people with arthritis are looking for information to help them manage their condition and take control of their lives,” said Jo Brackenbury at Arthritis Care. “We are optimistic that Arthritis News will be an attractive offer to this audience.”

Claire Malone, Senior Account Manager at TDA, added: “Arthritis Care has recruited a large prospect base, who were attracted by the offer of help and advice. We are keen to see how an information-based fundraising strategy performs against a traditional approach to this audience.”
