New homeless arrest and reachout database

JA Computer Solutions has relased its new Homeless Arrest & Reachout database – HARTS (Homeless Arrest & Reachout Tracking System).

The system lets organisations keep track of all clients, with standard reviews, full CAT analysis and full statistical analysis of client contacts. It also allows for the database to be updated in the field using Palm Pilots to record details for uploading when the case worker returns to the office.

By utilizing the Palm Pilot option, charities will be able to keep up-to-date, correct information on all clients who pass through their care.
