New Director of External Affairs at NCH

Simon Burne joins children’s charity NCH as Director of External Affairs.

Simon will take up the position on 6th May 2003 after three years as Director of Fundraising & Communications at Acorn’s Children’s Hospice.

At NCH Simon’s role will encompass achieving significant voluntary income targets to support the delivery of services to children, young people and families. An immediate priority will be that of ensuring that NCH has a consistently high level of public awareness both to support the achievement of those targets and to help campaign on issues affecting vulnerable children, young people and families.
