Sinclair Taylor & Martin to merge with Russell-Cooke Solicitors

Charity law specialists Sinclair Taylor & Martin have announced that they will merge with Russell-Cooke Solicitors on 1 June 2003.

Sinclair Taylor say that “the merger will enable us to build on our existing strengths and expertise, and to extend the range and depth of the service we can offer our clients.” They point to the “many similarities of culture between the two firms.”

Sinclair Taylor & Martin are consulting editors to the best-selling guide to charity law “The Voluntary Sector Legal Handbook” by
Sandy Adirondack & James Sinclair Taylor.
