Shelter runs online questionnaire

Howard Lake | 11 March 2003 | News

Housing charity Shelter is running its first online questionnaire to help them improve their Web-based services.

It is not a standard questionnaire but instead asks respondents to sort elements of Shelter’s services into groups.

Using Shockwave, respondents can drag and drop these elements and create and name their own type of groups. Shelter is hoping that the results will help them restructure their Web site’s navigation based on how the site’s users view the charity’s information and associations within it.

It’s quite a challenging questionnaire, but could prove useful if more than 200 responses are received.
