Whizz-Kidz restructures management

Disability charity Whizz-Kidz is restructuring its management as part of its plans to establish longer-term income streams.

It aims to develop more individual cause-led supporters, through activities such as payroll giving and direct debits. To implement these plans the charity has undertaken a management restructure:

• Emma Sambrook, formerly Head of Community, Regional and Events (CRE) is now Director of Operations overseeing HR and customer care
• Zoe Woods, formerly Head of Individuals, Corporate and Trusts (ICT) has become Director of Fundraising. This sees the merging of the CRE and ICT teams into one fundraising department
• Jill Cochrane, Communications Manager becomes Director of Communications. The Communications team will expand with plans to recruit a Public Affairs Officer and Information Officer.
