RSPCA wins charity award in New Media Age awards

The RSPCA has won the charity category in the New Media Age Effectiveness Awards.

RSPCA’s online strategy won the award because the judges deemed it “an excellent example of how to use the Web for activism, prospect acquisition and more efficient use of staffing resources.”

The site’s clarity helped reduce e-mail enquiries so effectively that the charity was able to move a member of staff to other duties.
