NCVO membership reaches 2000

Umbrella body NCVO now has 2000 members.
The National Council for Voluntary Organisations has announced its 2000th member. The recent rise in membership figures has been attributed to a change in membership criteria last year which allowed small community groups to join.
The 2000th member was the Riverside Community Health Project.
