UNITeS’ has updated its list of volunteers using handheld technology.

The United Nations Information Technology Service (UNITeS) has published an update of its growing list of examples of how non-profit volunteers are using handheld technology.

Information is currently presented in six sub-sections, including Health and Human Services, Citizens and Government, Environmental Science, and Advocacy. As yet, there are no examples of volunteers using handhelds for fundraising, but expect to hear of direct-dialogue/face-to-face fundraisers utilising the technology.
