US think-tank Third Millennium is urging US tax-payers who are about to get their annual tax rebate to donate it to charity.

US think-tank Third Millennium is urging US tax-payers who are about to get their annual tax rebate to donate it to charity. They have set up a Web site to promote the campaign. This links through to Helping.org which will process credit card donations online for US non-profits.

Rebates are typically worth up to $300 for individuals and $600 for couples.
