NCVO consults on charitable status

The National Council for Voluntary Organisations is seeking input on charitable status.

The Charity Law Reform Advisory Group, formed by the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) to investigate if and how the law on charitable status should be updated, has published its report. NCVO is now looking for responses to the report, to be submitted before 31 July 2001.
