Subsidised vaccine fund announced

Chancellor Gordon Brown and International Development Secretary Clare Short have announced an international fund to subsidise vaccines for killer childhood diseases in developing countries. Research costs will be subsidised by the wealthiest nations, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and UNICEF.
