National giving campaign in April

Michael Brophy, Chief Executive of Charities Aid Foundation, says that CAF and the National Council for Voluntary Organisations are steering a campaign to promote tax-efficient charitable giving. The campaign, part-funded by the government, is headed by Lord Joffe, the chair of Oxfam GB.
