How do visitors find your charity’s Web site? First, you should be asking them, but there are always the general research stats to fall back on. Forrester Research for example reports that the following methods are used, in descending order of popularity: search engines, links from another site, viral marketing, television, guessing the address, online advertising, radio and direct mail.
