Make sure Gift Aid forms are correct

ThirdSector magazine this week reports that the Inland Revenue is sending back Gift Aid declaration forms because the wording is imprecise. In particular, the forms should not refer just to ‘tax’ but to ‘income tax’ or ‘capital gains tax’. The magazine prints the text of a correctly worded Gift Aid form on p.3.
