Experience and expertise developed at the Virtual Volunteering Project between 1996 and 1998 have been distilled into a 138-page book on online volunteering. It is available at no charge from the Virtual Volunteering Project. The guidebook is co-authored by Susan Ellis, an internationally-recognised volunteer management expert and online volunteering pioneer Jayne Cravens.
