The International Committee of the Red Cross has announced it will adopt a new emblem.

The International Committee of the Red Cross has announced it will adopt a new emblem. As well as the Red Cross and Red Crescent it will also use a red diamond which could incorporate a Star of David within it: this could enable Israel to join for the first time.
