Michael Stein, Compasspoint Manager of Internet Presence in San Francisco, has published a few questions and answers on e-commerce partnerships. Although directed at US non-profits, his advice is useful for UK charities too.

For example, he usefully divides the companies offering Internet fundraising services to charities into three – charity portals, payment service providers and e-commerce commission portals.
