NTT wins St John's Ambulance account

Howard Lake | 26 March 2000 | News

NTT, the National Telephone Team, has been appointed by St John Ambulance to help develop a telephone communication strategy to newly recruited and existing donors. Together with the charity’s direct marketing agency, Optima, NTT will integrate the telephone with direct mail communications.

The first telephone campaign will take place in April and will include the new ‘Gift Aid declaration’. This new form of tax effective giving will enable St John to reclaim the tax back on any gifts pledged during the call and any future gifts a supporter donates.
