As announced by UK Fundraising last month last month, a new free charity job site has launched. CharityJob accepts free adverts in categories such as care, chief executive, fundraising, personnel, finance, IT, press, management, and administration.
There are more job vacancies listed than when UK Fundraising last reported. However, the “free” aspect is offered at the expense of a searchable database of jobs. Also Egroups, who host the job listings, display largely US-focused banner adverts in return for hosting this service. In addition, the method for posting jobs on the site does not allow for e-mail and Web addresses to be displayed as clickable links.

CharityJob have listed UK Fundraising as one of their Great Charity Resources, describing it as “the greatest fundraising site around.”
