Comic Relief have announced that they raised £31,814,680 through this year’s Red Nose Day on 12 March.

They raised “more money than ever before from credit card donations during the Night of TV – an outrageous £11.7 million! (including £400,000 donated on-line through the Red Nose Day Web site – a new record for UK fundraising on the Internet!)”
