How many grantmaking trusts are there?
How many grantmaking trusts are there? According to Charities Aid Foundation’s Dimensions of the Voluntary Sector 1998, there were abour 8,800 charitabele trusts in England and Wales. Together they gave charitable grants of about £1.9 billion.
