Rapidata logo

Rapidata Services is now handling all Institute of Fundraising membership direct debits. As a result, from the first week of June, the Institute has taken ownership of its direct debits, with the monies collected depositing directly into the its bank account and the Institute of Fundraising’s name appearing on members bank statements.
Rapidata has been working closely with the Institute of Fundraising for a number of months and liaising with the Institute’s bank to secure its own direct debit facility. The change will enable the Institute to have greater control and access to its data with enhanced reporting of membership data.
Scott Gray, Managing Director of Rapidata Services said: “It is fantastic that we have been able to partner with the Institute of Fundraising and manage their membership direct debits. It is so important for organisations to take control of their brand and money collected, so I am very pleased that we have been able to establish this facility with their bank”.
New members and those renewing will be able to setup Paperless Direct Debits via the Institute’s website using Rapidata’s edirect debit service.
Gray added that he though all voluntary sector organisations should set up an online Paperless Direct Debit facility, adding “so I am glad to see the Institute adopting this process.”
