Howard Lake | 24 September 2006 | News

Belfast’s first ever busking festival will raise money for local homeless charity the Simon Community. The Open House Festival will run from September 27th to October 1st.

According to festival director Kieran Gilmore, the link with homeless people began last year when they ran Hobo Day featuring the music of ex-hobo ‘Seasick’ Steve and the documentary film Hobo by local film maker John T Davis.
