Better database screening for Ireland?

Howard Lake | 14 July 2015 | Blogs

Better database screening should soon be available for the whole of Ireland, as Ireland’s new postcode has just launched.
Eircode is the national postcode system being launched by the state which will be used and recognised by key public sector bodies and An Post. Most other countries use a code that identifies a group of properties in a small area. However, Eircode is a more advanced postcode system, with a unique Eircode for every home and business address.
You can find the Eircode for addresses here.
Type the full address into the search box, including the house name or number if available. If you are searching for a business, including the business name will help too. It helps to separate each address line with a comma. If you type in the Eircode and click on the search button, this will display the address details.
The Eircode Finder is for people who occasionally need to look up address details. It is not for commercial use which is why a limit of 15 searches has been set. When the limit is reached an alert is shown on the website, however you may look up a further 15 searches the following day.
Commercial products are available from Eircode or from Eircode Providers.
