OpenMarket to support Cancer Research UK in mobile engagement strategy
Cancer Research UK has appointed enterprise mobile engagement specialists OpenMarket to help it enhance its mobile fundraising activity and supporter communications, and improve operational effectiveness. It will help support both internal and external communications.
The charity will use OpenMarket’s Mobile Engagement Platform for two-way messaging to improve internal communications among its 4,000+ employees and help drive fundraising activity.
The platform has already been in use: it helped enable SMS donations and Gift Aid statements in the Stand Up To Cancer campaign in October which raised over £15 million.
