Howard Lake | 19 May 2004 | News

Lloyd’s Charities Trust is to donate over £500,000 over the next three years to Hope and Homes for Children, Macmillan Cancer Relief and St Giles Trust.

The charities will each receive £50,000 a year for three years. Hope and Homes for Children will receive an additional £25,000 per year as it was selected as the Lloyd’s Charities Trust’s 50th Special Anniversary Charity. Lloyd’s will also be challenging the market to match this additional amount through employee fundraising.

The charities were chosen “following a rigorous selection process” according to Macmillan Cancer Relief.
