New charity donors prospects list from Occam and claritas Acxiom

Occam, the database solutions provider, in association with consumer information company Claritas Acxiom, has launched the new list “Charity Donor Prospects”.

The list is designed to provide charities with the opportunity to identify new donors from people who have a pre-disposition to give to charity.

The data source is an extraction of Occam’s charity list exchange system, Reciprocate. These known charity donors have been taken and modelled against Claritas Axciom’s TLU (The Lifestyle Universe). The top 5% of data in the seven charity sectors including blind, elderly, overseas aid, animal welfare, human rights, environmental and children form the Charity Donor Prospects file. Each file holds approximately 280,000 records. The data is available with immediate effect.

Available through Occam and Claritas Acxiom, costs for base rental are £100/00 (Charity rate £95/000). Selections are priced at £10/000 (for example, age, geography, gender, occupation). The data can also be delivered to users by e-mail at a cost of £30.00.

Oliver Davies, General Manager at Claritas Acxiom, commented: “By adding the volume and richness of our data to the strength of Occam’s donor file, the charity market now has a valuable and sizeable new source of prospect list.”
