Secure server facilities for the online donation pages were once again provided by charity Internet Service Provider Care4Free. Kelvin Trott, Managing Director of Care4free said: “Following the success of the appeal for BBC Children in Need through Care4free.net last year, we are pleased to be able to offer the service to such a worthwhile cause again this year. With a massive rise of web useage predicted, we hope this crucial revenue stream will be bolstered throughout 2000-2001.”
