DETR funds neighbourhood renewal

The Department for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (DETR) is offering incentives to voluntary organisations to take part in local strategic parnterships with local authorities as part of a local neighbourhood renewal strategy. Funding for participation will be available from March 2001.
