Stephen Bubb is to head up the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) in September. Formerly director of personnel and administration at the National Lottery Charities Board, Bubb will work to secure sponsorship and funding to implement ideas such as the creation of a virtual leadership academy for the voluntary sector.
