The most expensive streets in England and Wales

Howard Lake | 31 December 2013 | Blogs

Another year end brings another batch of articles on Britain’s most expensive streets.

Lloyds Bank has used Land Registry house sales figures (2008 – 2013) to compile a report. The average price for a property on one of England and Wales’s top 50 priciest residential streets is over £3,000,000. Not surprisingly, London and the south east of England top the list.

Whilst many of the articles don’t go into much detail on areas beyond London, the Lloyds website includes some useful information, with a link to a PDF document listing the top 250 streets, including the Average House Price for 2008 – 2013.

If anything on the list appeals, check for the full postcode, and check against your own database(s).
