Red Nose Day 2013 has now raised £100,331,808. On the night of 15 March, the campaign raised over £75 million. Since then, the total has risen even more, to cement the record-breaking income achieved in the campaign's 25th anniversary year.

In addition to individuals' donations, substantial sums raised include:

  • Over £2.3 million through BT's two Red Nose Challenges, The BT Red Nose Challenge: Hell and High Water, and The BT Red Nose Challenge: Miranda’s Mad March.

Lenny Henry, Trustee of Comic Relief, said: "It’s undeniable that many people are facing their own difficulties at the moment, making the generosity of the public who fundraised and donated to get the total to over £100 million even more breath-taking. Red Nose Day shows the compassion of the public and their commitment to helping poor and vulnerable people both here in the UK and across Africa."
