Take the Rapidata Online Giving Survey

Rapidata Services plc has launched the UK’s Online Giving Survey, and is encouraging UK charities of all sizes to participate. It aims to produce an up to the minute snap-shot of online fundraising, in terms of the attitudes of UK charities and of their current implementation of online and digital giving and donation collections.
Scott Gray, Managing Director of Rapidata, said: “Online giving is developing fast and the sector needs a cohesive picture of how best to work with supporters that want to give online as well as support campaigns or research an organisation’s cause and work. It’s important that we continually develop a better understanding of the UK market place and its emerging technology and techniques to help fundraisers optimise their fundraising, best practice and long-term strategy planning.”
The survey consists of 10 questions, and answers will be treated confidentially and with anonymity.
The survey is launched in association with UK Fundraising, and a summary of findings will be duly reported on this site.
Rapidata has been supporting charities and not-for-profits with their fundraising and payment collections since 1999. It is an expert on regular giving, and publishes the annual benchmarking report ‘
The Charity Direct Debit Tracking Report‘.
The survey closes a week today on 16 June 2010.
