The awards were created “to celebrate the passionate individuals and effective organisations committed to making a positive impact on society”.

The winners in each of the four categories are:

• Everyday Impact Award Winner – Safe@Last

• Influencer Award Winner – YoungMinds Very Important Kids (VIK)

• Investing in Social Change Award Winner – Diversity Hub

• Public Body Award Winner – Papworth Trust

All entries came from individuals or organisations that nominated themselves or were nominated by others. DSC and an external independent judging panel then created a shortlist of three nominees for each category .

The public was then invited to choose the winners in an online vote.

Each winner and runner-up received an artwork by cartoonist Grizelda, depicting their organisation and its work.
