British Heart Foundation chooses Blackbaud for better view of supporters

British Heart Foundation (BHF) has selected Blackbaud Enterprise CRM™, Blackbaud Direct Marketing™ and Blackbaud® NetCommunity™ to help it gain a better view of its supporters.

Frank Garofalo, the charity’s CRM project director, said: “We selected Blackbaud as our partner and Blackbaud Enterprise CRM, Blackbaud Direct Marketing and Blackbaud NetCommunity as an integrated solution because the company and products are a great fit for our long-term strategy.
