Howard Lake | 29 January 2009 | News

The Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) is holding a series of information meetings to publicise the next round of ‘peace’ funding in Northern Ireland and the border region of the Irish Republic.

With the co-operation of the local council PEACE III Clusters in Northern Ireland and the County Council PEACE III Partnerships in the Border Region of Ireland, the public meetings will introduce the European Union Peace and Reconciliation Programme for 2007-2013 – PEACE III.

€50 million will be available to local and county councils. The information meetings will run until the end of February.
