Lifetime Value calculator offered at no charge

Tobin Aldrich, the Director of Fundraising and Communications at The National Deaf Children’s Society, is offering his Lifetime Value calculator for donor recruitment campaigns as a free download from his personal website.
Tobin developed the calculator, in the form of an Excel spreadsheet, because “there is a distinct lack of tools that allow ROI to be calculated in a consistent way across different forms of activity”. He said that “most tools that are available are provided by fundraising agencies for the products they are selling and they are seldom comprehensive or necessarily reliable”.
After other fundraisers gave him good feedback on the tool he decided to “make it available, for free, to any fundraiser who might find it useful”.
Tobin has worked for charities in the UK, Ireland and internationally including Sight Savers International, Centrepoint, and Concern Worldwide.
