Rainbow House announce partnership with Manchester United
Rainbow House, the charity based near Chorley which supports children with disabilities and their families, has been given a major new boost with a three year partnership deal with Manchester United.
The partnership deal will support the charity in its bid to further develop the range of services at its new purpose-built centre in Mawdesley which is due to be opened in the autumn. The new centre, The Legacy, so far plans to offer the children a wide range of experiences to help them develop, including music, drama, art, horse-riding, animal care and horticulture.
Rainbow House has been selected as one of Manchester United’s 6 chosen charities following applications from dozens of charities across the UK and a rigorous tendering process. In total two national and 4 North West charities were selected. The partnership will provide Rainbow House with a number of major fundraising opportunities offered by the football club and an opportunity to raise its profile with fans and businesses supporting the club.
