British Polio Fellowship selects Helplinepro
The British Polio Fellowship has selected Fisk Brett’s Helplinepro to improve its efficiency in handling enquiries.
Last year the Information Team at The British Polio Fellowship handled 3000 enquiries last year on a range of issues relevant to people with polio or Post Polio Syndrome. The charity chose Helplinepro to help it manage increasing levels of enquiries, streamline call management and improve monitoring.
Lisa Nichols, Support Services Manager said: “We have found Helplinepro very easy to set up and use, an effective and more efficient tool for recording enquiries and for accessing member contact details from our Progress CRM database, enabling much improved statistical monitoring.”

Fisk Brett say that Helplinepro offers an “easy to use, non-intrusive method of data capture”. Charity staff can log information about callers (if applicable), call topics and resulting actions. If they need to ‘signpost’ the caller to other advice-giving agencies, the software will locate those nearest to the caller and allow the charity to provide a high level of customer service.
Helplinepro will retain caller contact details – with their permission – in order to build an organisation’s contact database for future fundraising, membership or marketing initiatives. Respecting caller confidentiality is a key element of the system: for example, Helplinepro includes tools to purge personal data whilst retaining valuable statistical information.
