The players’ time has been donated by all 20 Premier League clubs to help charities and good causes drive awareness of their projects and create fundraising opportunities.

In addition to the player appearance, successful applicants will receive a donation of £2,000 from the Premier League. There will be 400 runners-up who will also receive a £2,000 donation from the Premier League.

Richard Scudamore, chief executive of the Premier League, said: “Creating Chances highlights the Premier League and our clubs’ continued and increasing commitment to local communities.”
